REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR FIREMII41S PENSION & RELIEF FUND
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension & Relief Fund
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday, October 1,
1962, at 4:45 P. M.
Present: Fire Chief Burl Skelton, Secretary George J. Davis, and Board Members:
Frank Johnson, Bill Morris, Arthur Caselman, and Doyle Morrison.
Absent: Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown and Treasurer Roy Nix.
In the absence of Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown, Fire Chief Burl Skelton acbed as
Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, August 6, 1962, were read and approved.
As there was no meeting held in September, the Secretary presented the authorization
forms to pay the August and September Pensions,
Mr. Skelton moved the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by Mr. Johnson
and upon roll call the following vote was recorded, "Aye" Skelton, Morris, Johnson,
Caselman, and Morrison.
"Nay" None.
There being five "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman Pro Tem declared the motion passed.
• There being no further business, Mr. Caselman moved to adjourn. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Morrison and passed unanimously, whereupon the Chairman Pro Tem
dgIclared the meeting adjourned.
