THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF & PENSION FUND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen'a Relief &
Pension Fund of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was held in the City Clerk's
Office on Tuesdgy, July 5, 1960, at 4:45 P.M.
Present: Chairman Mayor Guy E. Brown, Treasurer Roy Nix, Fire Chief
Burl Skelton,,and Board Members: Ellis Poore, Bill Morris, And Arthur
Caselman.
Absent: Secretary George J. Davis and Board Member Doyle Morrison.
In the absence of Secretary George J.Davis the City Controller Albert
'J:. Jones':acted as. -Secretary.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, June 6, 1960, were read
and approved.
The Acting Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the June
Pension.
Mr. Skelton moved the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Poore and upon roll call the followin� vote was recorded:
"Aye" Skelton, Poore, Morris, and Caselman. Nay° None.
There being four "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman declared the
motion passed.
• There being no further business, Mr. Poore moved to adjourn. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Morris and passed unanimously, whereupon the
Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
