The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's
'Relief & Pension Fund of Fayetteville, Arkansas, was held in the
City Clerk's Offide on Monday, Novem7ger 2, 1959, at 4:45 P. M.
Present: Board Members: Bill Morris, Arthur Caselman, Doyle Morrison,
and Ellis Poore.
Absent: Chairman Mayor J. Austin Parish, Fire Chief Burl Skelton,
and Treasurer Roy Nix.
In the absence of Chairman Mayor J. Austin Parish, Assistant Fire
Chief Bill Morris acted as Chairman Pro Tem.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, October 5, 1959, were
read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the October
Pensions.
Mr. Morrison moved that the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Poore and upon roll call the following
vote was recorded*" Morris, Cabalman, Poore and Morrison.
"Nay" None. There being four "Ayes" and No "Nays', the Chairman Pro Tem
declared the motion passed.
There being no
further business, Mr. Poore moved to
adjourn.
The motion was
seconded by Mr. Caselman and
passed
unanimously,
whereupon the
Chairman Pro Tem declared the
meeting
adjourned.
