MINUTES
OF
THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF & PENSION FUND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's
Relief and Pension Fund was held in the City Clerk's Office on
Monday, July 6, 1959, at 4:45 P.M.
Present: Chairman Mayor J. Austin Parish, Secretary George Davis,
Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members: Arthur Caselman; Doyle
Morrison, Ellis Poore, and Bill Morris.
Absent: Treasurer Roy Nix.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, June 1, 1959, were
read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the June
Pensions. Mr. Skelton moved that the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Morrison and upon roll call the
following vote was recorded:"Aye" Skelton, Caselman, Morrison,
Poore, and Morris. "Nay" None. There being five "Ayes" and No "Nays",
the Chairman declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Morris moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Skelton and passedounanfim3us71y,
whereupon the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
