OF
THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF & PENSION FUND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief
and Pension Fund was held in the City Clerk's Office on Dionday, June 1,
1959, at 4:45 P. M.
Present: Chairman Mayor J. Austin Parish, Secretary George J. Davis,
Treasurer Roy llix, and Board Members: Doyle Morrison, Arthur Caselman,
Ellis Poore, and Bill Morris.
Absent: Fire Chief Burl Skelton.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, May 4, 1959, were read
and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the May Pensions.
Mr. Poore moved the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Caselman and upon roll call the following vote was recorded:
"Aye" Morrison, Caselman, Poore, and Morris. "Nay" None.
There being four "Ayes" and No "Nays", the Chairman declared the motion
passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Morris moved to adjourn. The motion
•was seconded by Mr. Poore and pa:ssed,;uhsnAXbuts`1T2 whereupon the Chairman
