The regular meeting of the Bibard of Trustees of the Firemen's
Relief & Pension Fund was held in the City Clerk's Office on
Monday, January 5, 1959, at 4:45 P. M.
Present: Chairman Mayor J. Austin.Parish, Secretary George J. Davis,
Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members: Doyle Morrison, Ellis
Absent: Treasurer Roy Nix and Board Member Arthur Caselman.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, December 10 1958, were
read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the December
Pensions. Mr.Mmrr moved the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. txnrrinnn and upon rollcall the
following vote was recorded: °Aye' Skellton Morrison, Poore, and
Morris. "Nay" None. There being four "Ayes' and No '^Nays"', the
Chairman declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Poore moved to adjourn. The
motion was seconded by Mr. Skelton and passed unanimously, whereupon
the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
