THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's
Relief and Pension r"und was held in the City Clerk's Office on
Monday, June 2, 1958, at 5:00 P. M.
Present:Secretary George J. Davis, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and
Board Members: Ellis Poore, Bill Morris, Arthur Caselman, and Doyle
Morrison, Absent: Treasurer Roy Nix, and Chairman Mayor J. Austin
Parish but he entered later in the meeting.
In the absence of the Chairman Mayor J. Austin Parish, Fire Chief
B9zrlr Skelton acted as Chairman.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, May 5, 1958, were read
and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the May pensions.
Mr. Morris moved that the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr:.Morrison and upon roll call the follow-
ing vote was recorded: "Aye" Skelton, Poore, Morris, Caselman, and
Morrison. "Nay" None. There being five "Ayes" and No "Nays", the
Chairman declared the motion passed. Mayor Parish entered at this time.
• There being no further business, Mr. Morris moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Ca'elman and passed unanimously,
whereupon the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
