• THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief
and Pension Fund was held in the City Clerk's Office on Monday,
April 7, 1958, at 4:45 Pm M.
Present: Seer, t y Georg�e J. Davis, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and
Board-Mombers oor�1"vorrison, Arthur Caselman, and Bill Morris.
Absent: Ohairman, Mayor J. Austin Parish, and Treasurer Roy Nix.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, March 3, 1958, were
read and approved.
In the
absence
of Chairman
Mayor J.
Austin Parish, Fire Chief Burl
Skelton
acted
as Chairman.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the March
Pensions. Mr. Morrison moved that the disbursements be allowed.
`rhe motion was seconded by Mr. Caselman and upon roll call, the
following vote was recorded: "Aye" Skelton, Poore, Morrison, Caselman,
and Morris. "Nay" Done. There being five "Ayes" and No "Nays", the
Chairman declared the motion passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Morris moved to adjournl The
motion was seconded by Mr. Poore and passed unanimously, whereupon the
Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
