MINUTES;
OF
THE FIREMENIS RELIEF AND PENSION FUND,
BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the FiremenIs Relief
and Pension Fund was held in the Mayor's office on Monday, January 6,
1958, at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman Mayor J. Austin Parish, Fire Chief Burl Skelton
and Board Members: Ellis Poore, Billi.Morris, Arthur Caselman, and Doyle
Morrison.
Absent: Secretary George d. Davis and Treasurer Roy Nix*
Due to the absence of Secretary George J. Davis, City Auditor Albert
J. Jones acted as Secretary.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, December 2, 11957, were
read and approved.
The Acting secretary presented the authorization form to pay the
December Pensions.
• Mr. Morris moved that the disbursements be allowed. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Poore and upon roll call the following vote was recorded:
"'Aye"' Skelton, Poore, Morris, Caselman, and Morrison. °Nays' None. There
being five (y)) n�snl and no OWsn, the Chairman declared the motion
passed.
There being no further business, Mr. Poore moved to adjourn. The
motion was seconded by Mr. Skelton and passed unanimously, whereupon the
Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
