MINUTES
OF
THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF AND PENSION FUND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief
and Pension Fund was held in the Mayor's office on Monday, Dec. 2!,1957
at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman Mayor Roy A. Scott, Secretary George J. Davis', Fire
Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members: Ellis Poore, Bill Morris,
Arthur Caselman, and Doyle Morrison.
Absent: Treasurer Roy Nix.
The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, November 4, 1957, were
read and approved.
The Secretary presented the authorization form to pay the November
Pensions.
Mr. Morris moved that the disbursements be allowed. Tne motLon was
seconded by Mr. Morridon and upon roll call the following vote was
recorded: 'Aye" Skelton, Poore, Morris, Caselman, and Morrison.
"Nay" None. There being five (5) "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman
declared the motion passed.
Mr. Skelton moved that we give Mayor Scott a vote of confidence and
appreciation for his cooperation and time spent as chairman of the
Firemen's Relief and yension Fund Beard.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Poore and passed unanimously.
There being no further business, Mr. Skelton moved to adjourn.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Caselman and passed unanimously,
whereupon the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
