The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief
and Pension Fund was held in the Mayor's Office Monday, July 1, 19579
at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Chairman Mayor Roy A. Scott, Secretary George J. Davis,
Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members: Bill Morris, Ellis Poore,
Arthur Caselman, and Doyle Morrison.
Absent: Treasurer Roy Nix.
The minutes of the regular meeting of Monday, June 3,.\ eVre read and
approved.
The Secretary presented to the meeting the authorization form to pay
the June Pensions.
Mr. Skelton moved the disbursements be allowed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Poore and upon roll call the following
vote was rec rded:"Aye" Skelton t Morris, Poore, Caselman, and Morrison.
"Nay" None. here being five (51 "Ayes" and no) ""ays", the Chairman
declared the motion passed.
There being no
further business,
Mr. Morris
moved to adjourn.
The motion was
seconded by Mr.
Caselman and
passed unanimously,
whereupon the
Chairman declared
the meeting
adjourned.
