• THE FIREMEN'S RELIEF AND PENSION
FUND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief
and Pension Fund was held in the Mayor's Office, Monday, June 39 1957/,
at 5:00 PM.
Present: Chairman Mayor Roy A. Scott, Secretary George J. Davis,
Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members: Bill Morrbs, Arthur Casel-
man, and Doyle Morrison.
Absent: Treasurer Roy Nix and Board Member Ellis Poore.
The minutes of the regular meeting of May 60 1957, were read and
approved.
The Secretary presented to the meeting the authorization form to pay
the May Pensions.
Mr. Morris moved the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Caselman and upon roll call the following vote was recorded:
"Aye" Skelton, Morris, Caselman, and Morrison.
"Nay" None.
Absent and not voting: Poore.
There being four "Ayes" and no "Nays", the Chairman declared the
motion passed.
• There being no further business, Mr. Morrison moved to adjourn:
The motion was seconded by Mr. Morris and passed unanimously, whereupon
the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned.
