FUND BOARD OF TRUSTEES',
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund was held in the Mayor's
Office, Monday, December 3, 1956.
Present: Chairman, Mayor Roy A. Scott, Secretary Albert
Jones, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and Board Members;: Doyle
Morrison, Ellis Poore, and Bill Morris, Absent: Treasurer
Roy Nix and Board Member Arthur Caselman.
The minutes of the November 5, 1956 meeting were read
and approved.
The Secretary presented to the meeting the authorisation
form to pay the November pensions:. Ellis Poore moved that
the disbursements be allowed. The motion was seconded by
Doyle Morrison and upon roll call by the Secretary the following
vote was recorded: "Yeas-"' Skelton, Morrison, Poore, and
Morris. Nays, none. Whereupon the Chairman declared the
motion passed as there were four "Yeas" and no nays.
