-iegular meeting of the Firemens Pension Boand

was held Monday, September 12, 1955.
Present: Chairman Roy A Scott, Secretary J.W.
McGehee, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and members:
Arthµr Caselman, Bill Morris, Doyle Morrison and
Ellis Poore.
Minutes of the regular meeting of Augtst 1st,
were read and approved.
The Secretary reported that the Water Dbpartment
retired the last of their bonds(r?'2900 due Sept.l,
1955,and x3000.00 due September 1, 1956), and after
figuring the estimated receipts from Interest on
the U.S.Bonds, it was estimated that Pension checks
could be paid to July 1, 19560 and buy $3,500.00
in U.S.Bonds, So,after a neeting of the Fire Chief,
Chairman and the Secretary it was decided to purchase
X3,500.00 in bondg, which was done 24,1955,
Filis Poore made a motion that the action be approved
•this motion was sedonded by Arthur Caselman, and was
passed unanimously.
Bill Morris made a motion that payment of the Sep-
tember Pension checks, amounting to 1300.00 be aut
ized, this motion was seconded by Ellis Poore, and
was passed unanimo .sly.
There being no further business, Chief Skelton
moved to adjourn, seconded by Arthur Caselman, which
was passed unanimously, and the Chairman declared the
meeting adjourned.
