Regular meeting of the Firemen's Pension Board
was held on June 4thp 1951.
Present: Secretary J.W.MoGehee, Fire Chief Burl
• Skelton, and members: Doyle'Morrisong Frank Browns
Bill Morris azid Ellis Poore. Absent ; Charman
Powell M.Rhea.

The sbsence of Chairman Rhea,wa's noted and
Fire Chief Skelton acted as Chairma#.
PSinutes of the regular meeting of May 7th were
read and approved.
Doyle Morrison made a motion that the pension
checks for the month of June amountRng to $225.00 be
authorized, this motion was seconded by Bill Morris,
and was passed unanimously.
There beimg no further business, Frank Brom
moved to adjourn, seconded by Ellis Poore, which was
passed unanimously, and the Chairman declared the
meeting adjourned.

Regular meeting of the'Firemen+s Pension Board was
held on July 2nd, 1951.
Present: Chairman Powell M,Rhea, secretary J.W.McGehee
ire Chief Burl Skelton, and Members: Dole Morrison,
Frank Brown, Bill Morris and Ellis Poore.
Minutes of the regular meeting of June 4th,
were read and approved.
Fire Chief Burl Skelton reported that at the
re-,-iar meeting of the Volunteer Firemen Bill Morris
and Ellis Poore were re-elected to serve as members of
the Firemen's Pension Board for a 2 year term.
The Secretary suhmitted a financial report of
the Board showing there would be a surplus of$4,354.33
after allowing for $2;700 to pay the present pension
list for another year.
Doyle Morrison made a notion that the pension
checks for the month of July, amounting to $$225* be
authorized, this motion was seconded by Frank Brown
and was passed unanimously.
There being no further business,El'hlis Poore
