^.hief Skelton made a otion that the Pension
list for January be approved, also the list for Fel
ruary, if no change develops during the month, sec
ed by member Poore, which was passed unanimously.
:hief Skelton made a report on the School of
Instruction held at Little Rock and stated that he
felt like each member that attendedc received a lot
of information that would he beneficial to them in
the future, and that members Lverett Cole and 3uford
Hand qualified as Instructors, and that he took a
10 hour course in supervision and qualified as a
Conference Leader.

Skelton moved to adjourn, seconded by Member T,lorris�
which was passed unanimously, and the Chairman de-
clared the meeting adjourned, to meet blarch 6th,1950
