Tension Board was held on December 5th, 1949.

Yinutes of the regular meeting of November 7th,
were read and approved.
'ith reference to the report that the funds of
the F'remenfs Pension Fund might be re -apportioned,
which matter had been referred to the City Attorney for
an opinion, "_'he Mayor stated that it was the opinion of
the City Attorney that there was no grounds for such a
report that the finds might be distributed to other
towns.
Chief Skelton made a motion that the pension the
for the month of Yovember issued to Jess Walters for
50.000 S.M.Cook .125.00, Augh Barnes ;,25,00. Clyde Walte
)25.00, Allen Strain ;p37.50 and J.O.Mayes ,25.00, be
approved, this motion was seconded by W.H.Morris and
was passed unanimmusly.
