3egular meeting of the Trustees of the Firemen's
Pension $oard was held on Rovember 7th, 1949.
Present: Chairman Powell h,.Rhea, Secretary ,
J.W.McGehee, Fire Chief Burl Skelton, and '.ember.
oyle ^iorrison, Sllis Poore and ',:,H,Morris.
"inutes of the meeting of October 3rd,
were read and approved.
Chief Skelton made a motion that the payment
of the monthly Pens`.or -patjments to Jess Walters
.,;50.00, S.M.Cook 425.00. Hugh Barnes '25.001
Clyde Wttlters ;)25.00$Allen Strain ;37.50 and
J.O.Mayes ;25.00 be approved, this motion was
seconded by Ellis Poore, and was passed unanimously

the pensions was brought up for discussion, and it

funds might be re -apportioned to other 'towns, oyle

to the City Attorney for an opinion, this motion
was seoonded by'N.H.Morris, and was passed unanimous -
