. Meeting of the Trustees of the Firemen's
Pension Fund was held on July 13,1949,
Fresent: Powell M.Rhea Chairman, J.W.McGehee, Sccre
tary Fire Chief Burl Skelton,and members Roy Cole a.
Frank Brown.
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Following the instructions contained in a letter of
June 28, 1949, from J.Herbert Graves, State Insurance
Commissioner, the chairman read Sections 7737 to
Section 7757 in Pope's Digest.
After discussion, and there being no fur-
ther business, Frank Brown moved to adjourn, seconded
by Burl Skelton, which was passed unanimous!, and tt
Chairmen declared the meeting adjourned,

Pension Fund was held on August 1. 1949.
Present: Powell M.Rhea Chairman, J.W.McGthee Secretary,
Fire Chif Burl Skeltonsend member W.H.Morris.
Absent: Member Frank Brown.
Fire Chief Burl Skelton Stated that there was a
surplus of funds in theFiremen+s Pension fund, and made
a motion that the Secretary and Chairman be authorized
to purchase Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars of Building
& Loan Stock, this motion was seconded by Member W.H.
Morris, and was passed unanimously 9
There being no further business, Burl Skelton
moved to adjourn, seconded by W.H.Morris, which was
passed unanimously, and the Chairman declared the
meeting adjourned.
