Pension Fund vias held on July 9th, 1943.

Secretary, Fire Chief Henry George, and members-
-Hoy Cole and Frank Brown. Absent : Members Carl
Tune and Frank Hinkle.

The Chairman stated that the Pension Fund
had some surplus funds, and after discussion, Fire
Chief Henry George made a motion that the Chairman
and Secretary be authorized to purchase X7,500.00
worth of Fayetteville Building & Loan Stock, and if
enough additional money was received from the State
within the next few days that they be authorized to
purchase $500900 more Stock, this motion was second-
ed by Member Roy Cole, and was passed unanimousby
the members present.
There being no furizer business
Frank Brown moved to adjourn, seconded by Roy dole,
which was passed unanir;ously, and the Chairman de-
clred the Meeting adjourned.
