Meeting of the Board of Trutees of the Firemen's
Pension Fund was held on Tuesday, May 18th, 1943. .
with the following members present
Chairman Geo.Vaughan, Jr, Secretary J.W.MeGehee,
Fire Chief Henry George, and members J.C.YR yes
and Marvin Murphy. Absent :mer-bora:Ansel Polly
and Jack Page.
The chairman stated that Mrs. C.6'd.
Winkleman had made a request that she be allowed a
PFNSICN as the widow of C.W.Winkleman, since she
thought that some change made in the Firemen's
Pension law by the last LEGISLATURE had made her
eligible for a pension, after discussion, it was
decided to ask rs.pinkleman to file a written
appl.icatdon, and for the Board to make a further
study of the new law.
There being no further business, ibr.George
made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Mayes,
which was passed unanimously, and the Chairman
declared the meeting adjourned
