Ya eting of the Board of Trustees of the Firemer'
Pension Fund was held on Sept.20th, 1939, with •
the following present:
Chairman, ..D.IdcAllister
Secretary, J.VI.ticGehee, and members:
A.D.McAllister, Ex -Officio Fire Chief, John
Dunson and J.O.Mayes.

the 7th, 1938, -Here read and approved.
The following bills were presented by the
Secretary: Fayetteville Lbr. & Cement Co. w;l1.22,
City Water Plant ',1.80m D..H.Jeffers ;,3.25, Hugh
Pool rtiJ.00, City Collctor .'4.50 gnd Fay.Lbr.and
Cement Co. w10.15. T,.r.Dinson made a motion that
the biils be allowed, sevonded by I+Ir.IYIayes, which
was passed una nimously.
The Chairman presented the proposition
of the Building, owned by the Firemen's Pension
Fund, being in need of some repairs anALw� n�ve-
ments, I,ir.Dunson made a motion that th �'Fo " be
done: A roof on the Back Shed, a new shed on
the South side of the Building and a door install-
ed in the North side of the "uilding, this motion
was seconded by Bir Mayes, and was passed unnnimous-
ly.
`here being no further business, are Fayes
moved to adjourn, seconded by kr Dunson, hich was
passed unanimously, and the chairman decla red the
meeting adjourned. .
