Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the •
Firemen's Pension Fund was held on April 25,1935
withthe follo:ving present. -Chairman, A. D. McAlliste
Secretary Otoe Phillips and members,Clyde Walters,
Allen Strain and Osc.r Mayes.
Minutes of the last meeting as held On June 28,1934
were read, and approved by a unanimous vote of all
members present.
After discussion as to Bank balince and anticipated
revenue, Mr.Walters made a motion which was seconded
by Yr Mayes that the Secretary be intructed to buy
81,000.00 worth of Fayetteville Building & Loan
Association stock. Upon the question beiang put
before the meeting, the same carried unanimously,
and the Chairman so declared.
No further business,a motion for adjournment was
made by Mr. VIalters, sedonded. by Mr. Strain; and
carried unanimously. The Chairman declared the
meeting adjourned.
