Meeting, of the Board of Trustees of the
Fireman's Pension Fund was held on February 13,19
with the following oresant: Chairman, T S Tribble,
Secretary Otoe Phillips,,and members, Clyde Walters
Allen Strainand Oscar Mt+ves.
Minutes of the last meeting as i-eld on April 8,1932
were read and approved 'by the unanimous vote of
all members present.
The Secretary stated that the balance on hand
in First Savings Bank, Fayetteville, Ark., was
?541.73.
Tjr. '"!alters made a motion which was seconded by T -r.
Maves that the Secret;ai^v be instructed to buy
,P500.n0 worth of Fayeti.eville Building & Loan Ass n
stock. Upon the quest:Ion being put before the
meeting, the same carri ed unanimously, and the
Chairman so declared.
There being no farther business to he transacted,
a motion for adjournmet t was made by Mr. Mayes
same being seconded by Mr. Strain, and the
Chairman declared the o�eeting adjourned.
