Meeting of the Board of Trustees,Fireman's Relief and
Pension Fund,Fayetteville,Arkansas,held Mayl5,1931.
• Present:Nayor T.S.Tribble,Clerk 11,Tm.F.Dunn,Clyde
C!alters,Oscar Iaayes,Allen Strain.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Secretary !'.m.F.Dunn made the following finiancial
report for the previous year.

After discussion,it was decided that
with interest
from Building Loan Stock and cas%%left
on hand that
the Trustees cculd invest in 7 shares
of fully paid
:p stock in Fayetteville Building & Loan
Co.
A motion was made by Oscar Mayes,seconded
by Clyde
Walters that the Clerk and Chairman be
authorized
to purchase 7 shares of $100.00 each
of fully paid
Fayetteville Building & Loan Stock. Upon
the questior
• being put,it carried unaminously and
was declared so
ordered.?To further business being in
order,the board
adjourned.

Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Fireman's
Pension Fund we.s held on Fridey April 8th,1932 with
the follo:ving present.Chairman Mayor T.S.Tribbl.e,
Secretary Wm.F.Dunn,and members Clyde Vlalters,A7len
Strain, ar.d Cscar Mayes.
Minutes of the last meeting as held on May 15,193 1
were read and approved by the unaminous vote of all
members present.
The Secretary then presented the following finiancial
statement for the year.

After the secretary presented the required expenditure
and known receipts fro the year 1932-19331a motion
was made by Mr.17alters that the Trustees buy a•?"500.00
Veterns Hospital Bond to run for a period of from
15 to 20 years.Mr.Niayes seconded the motion.Upon the
question being put before the trustees the same was
unaminously passed and the Chairman so declared and
instructed Mr.111alters and the Secretary MveDunn to
make the necessary arrangements with the First Nation
Bank for the purchase of the same.
A motion was made by Mr.Walters and seconded by Mr.
Mayes that the Firemans Pension Fund re-emburse the
Fayetteville Fire Department the sum of $20.00 for
money advanced to Mr.Burt Atkission when he was
injured in making a run to a fire on Fast Spring, St.
Tipon the question being put,it received the unaminous
vote of the Trustees.
The Fire siren adjourned the meeting ,when all Firema
made a run to the Cardinal Drug Store on Dixon Street

Meeting, of the Board of Trustees of the
Fireman's Pension Fund was held on February 13,19
with the following oresant: Chairman, T S Tribble,
Secretary Otoe Phillips„and members, Clyde Walters
Allen Strainand Oscar MIiyes.
Minutes of the last meeting as veld on April 8,1932
were read and approved 'by the unanimous vote of
all members present.
The Secretary stated that the balance on hand
in First Savings Bank, Fayetteville, Ark., was
1641.73,
Mr, Walters made a mot:ton which was seconded by b'r.
Mayes that the Secret;ai^y be instructed to buy
1V500,00 worth of Fayetteville Building & Loan Assn
stock. Upon the question being put before the
meeting, the same Carri ed unanimously, and the
Chairman so declared.
There being no further business to be transacted
a motion for ad,journmPt t was made by Mr, Mayes
same being seconded by Mr. Strain, and the
Chairman declared the a.eeting adjourned.
