The bill of Dr.Kemmerling ,64.50, for treating
injuries of Fireman Davis was presented,and on
motion duly passed,was ordered paid,and the
Secretary was directed to issue a warrant in
payment.
The Secretary presented his report showing
67,500.00 invested in Full -paid Stock of the
Fayetteville T?.RcL. Association,and a balance of
$1,189.49 in the First Savings Bank,and recom-
mended that the sum of X700.00 be invested in
B.&L. Stock,thus leaving "499.49 in the bank,
which with the interest to accrue during the
year would be sufficient to pay the pensions now
authorized;whereupon Oscar Mayes moved that the
Clerk and the Chairman be authorized and directed •
to purchase Full -paid stock of the Fayettevillle
P.°cL. Association to the amount of 8700.710.
This motion was seconded by Clyde "salters adn
received the unanimous vote of the Board.
No further business appearing,the Board
adjourned on motion duly passed.
