The Finutes of the previous meeting, of
April 6th were read and approved.
The Secretary reported a balance ofti:1,638.08
in the First Savings Bank, whereupon Clyde'
Walters moved that the Secretary be and he is
hereby directed to invest 81,500.00 in Full -
paid stock of the Fayetteville B.&.L Associa- •
tion. Oscar i.:ayes seconded the motion which rf
ceived the unanimous vote of the members of
the Board,and was declared passed by the
Chairman.
