was chosen Chairman of the meeting.
The Secretary re ported that there was in the
Savings account at the First avings Bank,

hereupon R1R.
J.O. Mayes
moved that

invested
in paid-up
stock of
the Fayetteville I?. L association. 'falters ee
seconded the motion which received the unani-
mous vote of tyle Board.It was therefore ordered
that the Secretary make the above investment.
No further business appearing the Board ad-
journed.
