At its August meeting had elected Mr Hugh Barnes
as a mem',er of the Board, succeeding, Jess
Walters.

1927 were read and approved.
It being reported by the Secretary that the sum
of 1599.14 was in the First Savings Bank to
the credit of the Board, it was moved by Mr
• llrinkleman, seconded by Mr Barnes and duly passed
That the Secretary be directed to invest the
sum of x;500.00 in Fayetteville, R.°, L Preferred
stock on the terms formerly secured.
On motion duly passed,it was ordered that a
committee composed of the Chairman, the dire
Chief and a member of the Fire Comp=ny present
to the Washington County Medical Association
at its next meeting, a petition requesting
free medical service for Firemen who may be
injured in dischaRge of the duties of his
service as such Fireman. And also to present
tothe Hospital Board a request for free
Hepital service under the same condition.
The Secretary was directed to prepare a Fi-
nancial tatement of the Pension Fund, and
send same to the Ere Chief.
No further business appearing, the Board K
