OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
February 10, 2005
A meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on February 10 at 8:00 AM
in Room 111 of the City Administration Building at 113 W Mountain St.,
Fayetteville, AR.
Present: Commissioners Adelman, Ledford, Bittle and Brown
Absent: Commissioners Augustine, Coppinger and Tune
The purpose of the meeting was to review a request from Nathan Coy's Attorney
to change the date of the hearing.
Commissioner Adelman made a motion that a Final Continuance be granted until
March 8 at 8:30am. The hearing must be completed by 11:OOam and no further
requests for continuance would be granted.
Commissioner Brown seconded and the motion passed.
The Commission request that the personnel file be made available to the
Commission on that day as well as the Supervisory file from the PD.
