OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
AUGUST 9, 2002
A meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on August 9, 2002 at 9:00
AM in Room 111 of the City Administration Building at 113 W Mountain St.,
Fayetteville, AR.
Present: Commissioners Middleton, Ledford, Coppinger and Adelman
Absent: Commissioners Tune, Augustine and Battle
The purpose of the meeting was to consider a request for waiver submitted by
Officer Robert Hargus for the August 2002 Sergeant's test.
Commission Chairman Middleton called the meeting to order. The Commission
considered the waiver and Commissioner Ledford made a motion to vote on the
waiver. Commissioner Adelman seconded the motion. Commissioners Ledford,
Adelman and Coppinger voted to approve Officer Hargus' request and Chairman
Middleton abstained from voting. The request for waiver was approved.
Commission Chairman Middleton adjourned the meeting.
