OF THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
July 23, 2002
A meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on July 23, 2002 at 9:00 AM in
Room 111 of the City Administration Building at 113 W Mountain St., Fayetteville, AR.
PRESENT: Commissioners Middleton, Tune, Ledford, Augustine and Billie
ABSENT. Commissioner Coppinger
The session was called to order by Commission Chairman Middleton to consider the
request for waiver submitted by Officer Michael Jones.
The Commission considered the request for waiver and Commissioner Ledford made a
motion to deny the waiver. Commissioner Middleton seconded the motion. The motion
to deny the request was unanimously approved.
