To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to serve as a letter of recommendation for Sondra Smith. I
have had the privilege of knowing the Smith family for at least eight years. During that
time period I have witnessed the integrity of character that is a regular part of Sondra
Smith's life. The word "integrity" only serves as a starting point to describe her.
As far as her work ethic is concerned, Sondra Smith is a hard worker, who possesses a
strong work ethic. She is dependable and has an excellent sense of personal responsibility
and accountability. She is organized, neat, and has a good eye for detail.
As for her ability to work with other people, she is fair, firm, polite, polished, and also
highly respectable of other people. She has a solid base of individual ethical opinions;
however, she is open-minded in the consideration of the opinions of others, and is
desirous to discover the best working solution for all involved in spite of differing points
of view. In other words, Mrs. Smith is excellent when it comes to working with other
people, both co-workers and with the public. Once again please allow me to stress that
she is a woman who holds to her own personal spiritual convictions without being
judgmental of others. She is very thoughtful, with a good heart for people, which has led
to the development of keen people skills.
What more could I say about Mrs. Sondra Smith? She is levelheaded, patient, has a sharp
mind, and is a very intelligent woman, who is a hard worker able to follow through with
responsibilities given to her. In areas where she has been given general directions, she
has demonstrated the ability to be a self-starter who I believe will be able to complete any
task given to her.
Without any reservation whatsoever, I would highly recommend Mrs. Sondra Smith. She
would be beneficial to any political office, industry, non-profit organization, or civic
organization. She will be a valuable asset and do an excellent job wherever she works.
