MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CITY COUNCIL
JULY 25, 2000
A special meeting of the Fayetteville City Council was held on July 25, 2000 at 5:30 p.m. in
Room 326 of the City Administration Building located at 113 West Mountain Street,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.

PRESENT: Mayor Hanna, Aldermen Austin, Davis, Trumbo, Daniel, Santos,•Young, City
Attorney Jerry Rose, City Clerk Heather Woodruff, Staff, Audience, and Press.

ABSENT: Aldermen Reynolds and Russell.
TRACT #44
A resolution authorizing the Mayor -to sign a 20 foot easement across property designated at Tract
#44 containing approximately 3,800 square feet for 16 -inch high pressure gas line for the
Arkansas Western Gas Company This tract is located on Hwy 265, which is the physical
location of the Fayetteville Fire Station No. 5.
Alderman Trumbo moved to approve the resolution. Alderman Daniel seconded the
motion. Upon roll call the motion carried unanimously.
