A special meeting of the Fayetteville City Council will be held on July 25, 2000 following
Agenda Session at 4:30 p.m. in Room 326 of the City Administration Building located at 113
West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
1 . TRACT 044: A resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign a 20 foot easement across
property dmignedas Tract #44 containing approximately 3 ,800 square feet for 16-inch
high pressure gas line for the Arkansas Western Gas Company. This tract is located on
Hwy 265 , which is the physical located of Fayetteville Fire Station No. 5 .

It has come to my attention that we need to have a special meeting of the City Council following
the Agenda Session on July 25, 2000 to approve Item 3 listed on the Consent Agenda which is a
resolution authorizing me to sign a 20 ft. easement across the property on which Fire Station No.
5 is located for Arkaneas Western Gas co.
Arkansas Western Gas is presently relocating their gas line adjacent to this property and would
like to be able to continue the relocation across the tract of land rather than to have to skip and
then come back, which I understand from Mr. Bill Brant would be the case if action was not taken
before August 1 .
