1 . PETITION FOR REMOVAL: The Pettus Family Trust.
and Richard Shewmaker petition the City Council to remove
C. Thomas Pearson, Jr., Leroy Pearce, Carl Collier, and,
William G. Underwood as Commissioners of the Dickson
Street Central Improvement District No. 1 of the City o�
Fayetteville.
