Present: Dan Coody, Fred Vorsanger, Michael Green, Bob Blackston,
Shell Spivey and Ann Henry.
Absent: Julie Nash
There was a special meeting of the Board of Directors held at 8:00
a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 1991 at the Hilton Hotel.
The only city staff in attendance were City Manager Scott Linebaugh
and City Attorney Jerry Rose. The press was invited. No minutes
were taken and no formal actions were taken by the Board.
