A special meeting of the Fayetteville City Board of Directors was
held on Wednesday November 14, 1990 at 8 30 a.m. in Room 326 of the
City Administration Building at 113 West Mountain Street,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Directors Michael Green, Ernest Lancaster, Russ
Kelley, Paul Marinoni, Jr., Shell Spivey, and Fred
Vorsanger;. City Manager Scott Linebaugh, City
Attorney .Jerry Rose, City Clerk Sherry Thomas;
members of the staff, press, and audience.
ABSENT: Mayor William V. Martin

CALL TO ORDER
Assistant Mayor Vorsanger called the meeting to order and stated
the purpose of the meeting was for the Board Nominating Committee
to appoint members to the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport
Commission.
NOMINATING COMMITTEE REPORT
Director Kelley stated there were 10 to 12 applicants for this
commission which the committee appreciates., Kelley, seconded by
Green, made a motion to submit the names of William V. Martin and
Daniel Ferritor for appointment to this committee.
Upon roll call, the motion passed by a vote of 6 to 0.
Vorsanger asked if the applications would be held over and
resubmitted if there was a vacancy or if a local airport commission
was established.
Kelley stated they would be and the applications would be held on
file for one year.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:34 a.m.
