MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A Special Meeting of the FayettevilletiCity -Board of Directors was held on
Thursday, March 29, 1990 at 1:30 p.m. .in Room 326 of the City Administration
Building at 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Mayor William V. -Martin; Directors Michael Green, Ernest
Lancaster, Russ Kelley, Paul Marinoni, Jr., Shell Spivey, and
Fred Vorsanger; Personnel. Officer Don Bailey, and City Clerk
Sherry Thomas.1
Mayor Martin called the meeting to order with seven Directors present and stated
the purpose of the special meeting was to interview Mr. Phil Deaton, a candidate
for the position of City Manager. He explained that the Board would go into
Executive Session to conduct the interview.
TheBoardwent into Executive Session at 1:35 p.m.
The Board reconvened at 3:55, and the Mayor reported that no official action had
been taken.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 3:56 p.m.
