MINUTES OF A SPECIAL CITY BOARD MEETING
A special meeting of the Fayetteville City Board of Directors was
held on Friday, August 7, 1987 at 5:00 p.m. in Room 313 of City
Hall, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Mayor Johnson; Directors Lancaster, Martin,
Kelley, Marinoni, Hess and Bumpass; City Clerk
Kennedy, members of the press
The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. with seven Directors 254.1
present.
Director Marinoni made a motion that the Board meet in executive
session for the purpose of selecting a new City Manager. The
motion was seconded by Director Bumpass and, upon roll call,
passed by a vote of 7-0.
The Board met in executive session from about 5:15 p.m. to about
6:45 p.m. at which time the meeting was adjourned.
