There are five air conditioning units with five matching towers with a combined refrigeration capacity of 24.1 tons and a combined heating capacity of 690M BTU input incorporated in'the specifications. We will deliver this equipment to the job, provide the initia start up of equipment, and service the equipment for one year without charge. Brown, City Clerk George J. Davis, City Attorney Bass'Trumbo,'City Engineer W, C. Smith, Chief of Police Hollis Spencer, and Aldermen: Heflin, Christie, Watson, Wheeler, Thomas, Burgin, Faucette, and Short. Absent: City Controller Albert J. Jones, and Fire Chief Burl Skelton. The minutes of the regular meeting on Monday, June 10, 1963, a copy of which had been mailed to each of the Aldermen, were approved as Britten. Building Inspector read two.resolutions from the Planning Commission recommending the enlarging Roy ®uinn's Trailor Park and the amending of Zoning Ordinance No. 1239 to cover problems of this ure in the future. After a long discussion Alderman Short moved to accept the recommendation of the nning Commission as outlined in their resolutions PC 9-63 and�-PC 10=63, motion was seconded by Alderman Burgin and passed unanimously. Planning Commission's resolutions were spread in the minutes as follows: RESLOUTION PC 9-63 REAS, the City Planning Commission cn June 21, 1962, voted to accept the recommendation of its Zone ision Committee regarding the location of mobile homes (trailers) on individual lots within the City Fayetteville, Arkansas; and PJHEREAS, no further action was taken at the above-mentioned June 1962 meeting nor was there any public hearing held to amend.the ordinance as additional study was to be made of trailer courts; and WHEREAS, at a s pecial Planning Commission meeting on June 18, 1963, the recommendation of the Zone Revision Cwmnittee regarding trailer courts was made and accepted by the Planning Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY PLANNING WMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. 'That at the -earliest possible time after the necessary notices have been published and the necessary signs erected, a public hearing be held for the purpose of recommending to the City Council that Zoning Ordiance No. 1239 be amended to permit mobile homes (trailers) on individual lots qnd to permit trailer courts in all industrial zones within the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas: I-lA Light Industrial District; I -1B Light Industrial District and I-2 Heavy Industrial District. The trailer park is located on Duncan "ao-63 Avenue in a R-2 Two Family Residential Zone within the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, a petition was submitted by persons owning real estate abutting Roy Quinn's Trailer Park and said petitioners stated they had no objections to the increase in size of the trailer park; and 234 10-63 ution Ord. No. 1355 WHEREAS, the County Court of Washington County)- Arkansas; did'on May 16; 1963, make an order annexing the following described territory to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, to -wit: A part of'the South Half (SJ) of the Northwest Quarter (NW�) of the Southwest Quarter (SWC) of Section Eight (8), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Thirty (30) West, more particularly'described as'follows: Beginning at a'Point 310 feet North of the Southeast "corner of said 20 acre tract, and running, thence North 350 feet, thence West 1320 feet, thence South 350 feet, thence East 1320 feet to the point of beginning. Legal After a brief discussion Alderman Wheeler moved that any party or individual who wishes to install new barriers water mains to be connected to the City's three-inch galvanized main, may do so within the Suburban removed Disbict No. 7 area only, providing written permission is granted by the district, that the materials, on design, and construction is approved by the City Water Superintendent, and providing the interested uburban person or party transfers the ,title to the main or mains upon completion to the City of Fayetteville, ter Dis. to become a part of Suburban District No. 7 distribution system for and in considerationoof the perpetua 7 maintenance of the said main or mains by thn City of Fayetteville,.Arkansas.
