Permits. One on South School Avenue just south.of the St. Paul Railroad crossing, and one on East Fifteenth Street and Washington Avenue. After a long discussion, Alderman Walker moved that a Resolution be passed amending the Major Street Plan (Resolution 7-60) in order to permit Mr. Emil Sonneman to construct a building on West Dickson Street. , The motion was seconded by Alderman Short and passed unanimously, whereupon the Mayor declared the Resolution adopted. Resolution RESOLUTION 9-61 9-61 Am ding .RESOLVED, that "Resolution 8-59, passed and approved by the City Council of Fayettevill Maj or St. Arkansas,-on.May 119 1959, together with the Major Street Plan and maps and regulations attached thereto, be amended to reduce the projected width of Dickson Street between Ozalk Plan. Avenue and College Avenue from seventy (70) feet to sixty (60) feet except that part which lies between. A long discussion was had but no action was taken by the Council at this time. There being no further business, Alderman Smith moved to adjourn.
