WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Fayetteville and the Saint Louis & San
Francisco Railway Company to enter into a written "Pipe Line Contract" for the crossing
of the said main at this said location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to enter into a
Pi e Line Contract in the name of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, with the Saint Louis

San Francisco'Railway Company for the pipe line crossing at the above described location
and to bind the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,, to all the terms of the said Pipe Line

Alderman Burgin reported that the Sewer Committee had recommRnded that certain sewer ma

reference to an extension to Major Dunlap's property at 1624 -Viewpoint Drive.
After a long discussion, Alderman Short moved that the City Engineer be directed to mak
sewer main extensions to Major Dunlap's property located at 1624 Viewpoint Drive becaus
Kunsanitary conditions.

FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, ASSIGNING SAID TERRITORY TO WARDS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES, AS
AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas, did on July 10, 1961,
enter an Order Nune Pro Tune, amending the description of the previous Order dated
May 22, 1961, annexing the following described territory to the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, to -wit:.

Alderman Hatfield reported that several improvements were needed at the Municipal Airpo
in the Airport Lighting System which would cost approximately $5,550.00 and that the
conduits were needed immediately.
After a brief discussion, Alderman Walker moved that the Mayor and City Engineer be and
they are hereby authorized to install the necessary conduits immediately and that they
be further authorized to advertise for bids on the remainder of the Airport Lighting
Improvements.
