Phillebaum and Mary Phillebaum, husband and wife, listed as tract P-2, consisting of 97.75 acres, more or less, for the sum of $90803.75. One tract from Phania L.Bowen Miller and Turner Miller, wife and husband, listed as tract M-3, consisting of 82.0 acres, more or less, for the sum of $12,325.00 One tract from Randall E. Roberts and Jane B. Roberts, husband and wife, listed as tract R-2, consisting of 46.6 acres, more or.less, for the sum of $8,783.50 One tract from Harold .Roberts and Ruth H. Roberts, husband and wife, listed as tract R-1, consisting of 58.8 acres, more or less, for the sum of $140700.00. with no reservations whatsoever in any of the above options.
