The motion was seconded by Alderman Lunsford and upon roll call the following vote was
(recorded: "Aye" Smith, Burgin, Lunsford, McClelland, Hatfield, Kent, and Walker.
"Nay" Barnhart. There being Seven "Ayes" and only One "Nay", the Mayor declared the
Motion passed.
I (Alderman Burgin moved to accept the Basic Bid of Forsgren Bros., Ft. Smith, Arkansas,

The motion was seconded by Alderman Hatfield and passed unanimously.
