Holway and Associates to perform professional engineering services in connection with construct= ion of the dam, pumping station, pipeline, filter plant and water distribution system for the 1958 Water & Sewer Improvement Project.. The motion was seconded by Alderman Burgin and passed unanimously] - Alderman Barnhart then moved that the Water and Sewer Committees shall proceed to negotiate and recommend for Council approval a formal contract of employment with Marion L. Crist & Associates, Little Rock, Arkansas, to perform professional engineering services in connection with construction of all sewer lines, disposal plant, and lift pumps for the 1958 Water and Sewer Improvement Project. he motion was seconded by Alderman Hatfield and passed unanimously. Mayor and City Clerk Alderman Smith then moved that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute a release to execute of the lien on the real estate owned by Horrier Winkler and Euna Winkler (Man and Wife) release of pursuant to an agreement for sidewalk construction dated July 31, 1953a lien. l The motion was seconded by Alderman Walker and passed unanimously. M. McGoodwin to perform professional engineering services in connection with the proposed Water Distribution System, for the 1958 Water Project.
