Williams, Hatfield, Kent, and Walker. Absent: City Controller Albert J. Jones,
The Mayor reported that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the proposed Water
Purpose. and Sewer Ordinance with Mr. Pete Raney and the water and sewer rates with Messrs.
Bill Holway and Gene Walker; also to appoint a member to the Civil Service Commission
