BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. It 6hall'be unlawful for any person; firm or corporation, to park a vehicle of any kind whatsoever on the pavement on either' -the east or west side of Hill Avenue between Center Street and Stone Street in the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas. SECTION 2. Any person violating Section h of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of"e misdemeanor,'and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum not less than $1.00 nor more than $25.00.
