AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON BOTH SIDES OF HILL AVENUE BETWEEN
CENTER STREET AND STONE.STREET IN THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. It 6hall'be unlawful for any person; firm or corporation, to park a
vehicle of any kind whatsoever on the pavement on either' -the east or west side of
Hill Avenue between Center Street and Stone Street in the City of Fayetteville,Arkansas.
SECTION 2. Any person violating Section h of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of"e misdemeanor,'and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in the sum not less than
$1.00 nor more than $25.00.
SECTION 3. It appearing that Hill Avenue at the point above described is conges
by reasons of heavy traffic, and it being necessary for the protection of the public
health and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
