The City Attorney introduced" AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING & REGULA- TING.OF NILE BOXES AND MECHANICAL AND/.ORNON-MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICES; PROHIBITING THE OPERATING OF GAMBLING MACHINES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES." The Ordinanee-was read in its entirety by the City Attorney, and by agreement left on its first reading.
