The City Attorney introduced "AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE F SPRING ST REEF BETWEEN COLLEGE AVENUE ABTD WILLOW AVENUE". The Ordinance was read in its entirety for the first,"time, and by consent was left a its first reading.
